Cabinets Refinishing - This is an inexpensive way of upgrading and beautifying existing cabinets without replacing doors and drawer fronts. You keep existing doors and drawer fronts, you can rearrange cabinets to accommodate new appliances, add some decorative details such as corbels, moldings, etc… New knobs or handles can be installed and old hinges replaced for European – concealed. We use only old-fashioned techniques to refinish cabinets, built-ins, and woodwork. These techniques were developed by our ancestors from Old World France, Italy, Spain, and other European countries, the experts on manufacturing and restoring antique furniture. Today, they are known only to some European craftsmen specializing in antique furniture restoration and reproduction as well as to some faux masters. All finishes are designed to meet the customer’s style and color preference, they are durable, easy to maintain and clean.You do not have to worry about scratches or dents, touch up is as easy as 1-2-3 and can be done by any average person.

Cabinets Refacing - This is a more expensive way of customizing existing cabinets with replacing doors and drawer fronts, and applying new veneer over the frame. This is the best solution if you have to or want to change doors and drawer fronts style. You can rearrange cabinets to accommodate new appliances, add some decorative details as corbels, moldings, etc… New hardware can be installed as well as traditional hinges replaced for European – concealed. Cabinets can be refinished to satisfy your personal style, color preference, design and finish you desire. Door and drawer fronts are finished in the factory, cabinets frame on the job only after applying veneer to match doors. This option costs usually 2-3 times more than refinishing. It can be used in any scenario of the kitchen updates, renovation or remodeling. Almost unlimited choice of materials, design, style, colors and finishes.

Faux Painting and Plastering - Efficiency of design and cost effective building left modern homes bereft of all but simplest architectural ornaments and built-in decorations. However, any ordinary looking interior can be transformed into a piece of art from the past using Old World Faux Painting and Plastering Techniques. Simple glazing, more advanced multi-color washing or Old World Faux Plasters can be used to enhance whole rooms or just specific areas designed as a background for furniture, art work or accessories. Staining, glazing and antiquing techniques can transform any ordinary looking cabinets into modern or Old World cabinetry. Any surface, previously finished or unfinished, can be transformed to resemble the one you saw in the magazine, on TV or during your trip to Europe or other continents.

Fireplaces Refinishing - Fireplaces in most modern homes lack this special flavor from the past but they have lots of potential for improvement and changing their style to the one from your dream picture. They can be refinished to resemble classic style from a specific century of your choice with natural limestone, sandstone, travertine, rustic wood or any other material you can imagine. An overmantel and surroundings as well as decorative motifs can be added, surface can be distressed or the entire fireplace can be rebuilt to create a replica of your choice from the Old World.
